Cancel your plan

Stop your plan from renewing, and know what happens after it ends.

    Open Billing

    Go to Settings → Billing & AI fuel.

    Tap Cancel plan

    Under Your plan, tap Cancel plan. Read what happens: your plan will not renew and you keep everything until the paid-until date.

    You can download your contacts and receipts for 30 days.
    No refund for the time left.

    Tell us why (optional) and confirm

    Pick a reason if you like, then tap Cancel plan. We email you to confirm.

    Download your data

    After the plan ends, Nuha stops replying. Your chats, orders, settings and AI credits stay safe. Download your contacts and receipts in Settings → Data within 30 days.

Tips

  • Changed your mind? Tap Keep my plan any time before the end date.
  • To come back later, open Billing and tap Choose a plan.

Something not working?

I do not see **Cancel plan**.

Only the owner can cancel, and only while the plan is active. If it says Cancelled, it is already done.

Can I get money back for the days left?

No. Payments are not refunded, except a double charge or a system error.
