Downgrade to a smaller plan

Move to a cheaper plan from your next renewal.

Open the plan list
Go to Settings → Billing & AI fuel and tap Change or renew.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Pick the smaller plan
Tap the cheaper plan, choose monthly or yearly and how to pay, tick the Terms box and tap the Pay button. Nothing is charged now.

Check the change
Under Your plan you see which plan starts and when. You keep everything on your current plan until then. We also email you.

Pro · Active
Basic starts on 30 Nov 2026. Until then you keep everything on Pro.

Pay for the new plan before it starts
We send the payment link 3 days before (or charge your saved card if auto-renew is on).

Tips

Changed your mind? Choose your current plan again in Billing before the switch date.
Check Plan limits and compare with the smaller plan’s card first. The smaller plan’s limits apply from the switch date.
No refund for the time left on the bigger plan.
