Know what 1 credit buys
1 credit ≈ 1 reply by Nuha. Each plan gives credits every month: Lite 100, Basic 1,000, Pro 5,000, Max 15,000.
- 3
See what uses credits
Tap What uses credits?. For example: a reply is 1, making an order with a payment link is +1, Ask Nuha is 2, reading a website or file is 5. If an AI step fails, the credits come back.
- 4
Know what is free
Your own replies, orders, bookings, quotations and invoices, forms, templates, quick replies, campaigns (you only pay Meta’s fee) and automations without AI steps use 0 credits.
- 5
Know the order credits are used
Plan credits are used first, then top-up credits. Plan credits refill every month and unused ones do not carry over. Top-up credits never expire while you have a plan.
Tips
- On plans with the hot-lead reserve, 50 credits are kept back so customers who are ready to buy still get an answer.
- See who and what used credits in Nuha & team → Nuha → AI usage this month, and in History on the Billing page.
- We warn you once when credits run low (under 10% of your monthly credits).
Something not working?
It says “AI is off — you are out of AI credits”.
Nuha stops writing replies and chats go to your team. Orders, invoices, bookings and automations without AI keep working. Top up (Basic and higher) or upgrade.
My credits went down but I did not chat much.
Check History → Plan credits and Adjustments. Reading websites and files, Ask Nuha and AI writing tools also use credits.
