Know who bills you
WhatsApp message fees are separate from your Nuha Chat plan. Meta bills them to your own Meta account, with no markup from us. Add a payment method in Meta Business Settings → Billing at business.facebook.com.

Replies within 24 hours are free
Replying to a customer within 24 hours of their last message is free, whether Nuha or your team sends it.

Templates cost a small fee
Templates you send (for example after 24 hours, or in a campaign) are charged per delivered message. In Malaysia today: a Marketing template is about RM0.35 and a Utility template is about RM0.06.

See the cost before a campaign
When you build a campaign, Nuha shows Meta cost (est.) before you send. After it is sent you see the estimated Meta cost next to the results.

Tips

Use Utility templates for order, booking and payment updates: they cost much less.
AI credits and Meta fees are different things. AI credits pay for Nuha’s writing; Meta fees pay WhatsApp for delivering templates.

Meta says my payment method is missing.

Add a card in Meta Business Settings → Billing, then send the template again.
