Marketing is for offers, follow-ups and thank-yous, and must let customers opt out. Utility is for order, booking and payment messages, and costs less.

Create and wait for Meta
Tap Create. Meta reviews every template before it can be sent. The status shows Pending, then Approved or Rejected. Tap Check status to refresh.
Tips
- Be clear and specific. Meta rejects vague, all-caps or misleading messages.
- Do not put a field at the very start or end of the message.
- Nuha checks your message against Meta’s rules as you type. If she offers a fix, tap Use Nuha’s fix.
- After you edit a template, WhatsApp reviews it again (allowed once a day).
Something not working?
It says “Connect your WhatsApp number before creating templates”.
Connect your number in Settings → Devices first.

Make the message clearer, remove all-caps and check the opt-out line for Marketing, then edit and save it again.
