Change or disconnect your WhatsApp number
What to do when you want Nuha to use a different WhatsApp number.

Check your current number
Go to Settings → Devices. Your number shows with Connected or Disconnected.

Ask us to disconnect it
Each business runs on one number for now, and there is no disconnect button in the app yet. Open Support tickets and pick WhatsApp & numbers, or email hello@nuhachat.com, and tell us the number to remove.

Connect the new number
When the old number is removed, Connect WhatsApp shows again. Connect the new number the usual way.

Tips
- A second number on the same business is coming later.
Something not working?
It says “This number is already connected to another business in Nuha Chat”.
The number must be removed from the other business first. Contact support if you cannot reach that account.
