Connect your WhatsApp number
Link your WhatsApp Business number to Nuha Chat so Nuha can read and reply to customers.
Before you start
- A Meta Business account at business.facebook.com (a WhatsApp Business Account is created during the steps if you have none)
- A payment method in Meta (Business Settings → Billing) for WhatsApp message fees

Choose how to use the number
Under How do you want to use this number? pick Keep the WhatsApp Business app (recommended, chats show on your phone and in Nuha) or Nuha only (no phone app) (best for a new number). Read You need under your choice.

Follow Meta’s steps
For the Business app: enter your number, then open WhatsApp Business on your phone and scan the QR code. For Nuha only: pick or add your number and enter the code Meta sends by SMS or call.

Confirm and come back
Confirm on the last screen. You come back to Nuha Chat and see WhatsApp connected 🎉. Your number shows with a green Connected label.

Test it
Send a message to your number from another phone and check it shows in Inbox.

Tips
- It takes about 5 minutes. Your customers only ever see your own WhatsApp number.
- One WhatsApp number per business for now. A second number is coming later.
- Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are not available yet.
Something not working?
It says “Only the owner or an admin can connect WhatsApp”.
Ask the owner or an admin to log in and connect it.
The connection page timed out.
The page lasts 60 minutes. Tap Connect WhatsApp and start again.
