Before you start

Message your number from another phone
Use a different phone (a friend’s or a second number) and send your business number a question, like “How much is delivery?”.

Open the chat in Inbox
Go to Inbox. The new chat shows at the top within a few seconds.

In Ask me first mode you see Nuha’s draft · needs your OK. Tap Edit to change it, then Send. Or tap Discard and type your own reply.

Check the test phone
The reply arrives on the test phone from your own WhatsApp number. Customers only ever see your own number.

Each reply Nuha writes uses about 1 AI credit. Your own typed replies are free.
If Nuha does not know an answer, she hands the chat to you. Add the answer in Knowledge so she knows next time.

No chat shows in the Inbox.

Check Settings → Devices says Connected. Make sure you messaged from a different number, not your own.

The chat came in but there is no draft.

Check the top bar: if it says AI paused, tap it and Resume AI now. Also check you still have AI credits and an active plan.
