Choose “Ask me first” or “Auto within limits”

Decide whether Nuha waits for your OK before she sends, or replies by herself within your limits.

Open Nuha AI settings
Go to Settings → Nuha AI → Mode & helpers. You can also tap the AI on button in the top bar, then Nuha AI settings.

Pick one mode
Under How much can Nuha do alone? tap Ask me first or Auto within limits. The one marked Current is on now.

Know what “Ask me first” does
New businesses start here. Nuha writes each reply as a draft. You see Nuha’s draft · needs your OK in the chat and in To do, and tap Send, Edit or Discard.

Switch to Auto when you trust her
With Auto within limits, Nuha replies by herself 24/7. She still never goes past the limits you set in Settings → Nuha AI → Safety, and she hands chats to you when she is not sure.

Set helpers one by one (optional)
Under Nuha’s helpers, the Closing and Bookings helpers can each be Off, Ask or Auto, separate from the main switch.

Tips

Start with “Ask me first” for your first week, then switch to Auto.
To stop all AI for a while, tap AI on in the top bar and pick For 1 hour, Until 9am tomorrow or Until I resume. Your team answers every chat until then.

The buttons are greyed out.

Only the owner or an admin can change this.

It says “Mixed”.

Some helpers have their own setting. Tap one mode to set everything the same.
