Limit agents to some WhatsApp numbers
Let an agent work on one number only, for example your Penang branch.

Before you start
- Two or more WhatsApp numbers connected
- At least one agent on your team

Open Team
Go to Settings → Team and scroll to WhatsApp numbers.

Pick their numbers
Next to the agent, untick All numbers and tap the numbers they work on. Tap Save.
Tips
- They only see, get and hear about chats on those numbers. This is enforced on our side, not just hidden.
- Owners and admins always see every number.
- Chats they looked after on numbers they no longer work on go back to nobody, so someone else can pick them up.
- Contacts and orders follow your other team settings.
Something not working?
I do not see **WhatsApp numbers** in Team.
It shows when you have two or more numbers connected and at least one agent.
