Meta charges per message
Meta charges a fee for each delivered template message in Malaysia: about RM0.35 for Marketing and about RM0.06 for Utility. Meta bills it to your own WhatsApp account. Nuha adds nothing on top.

Tips

Replying inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you needs no template.
How many campaigns you can send a month depends on your Nuha plan; the Meta fee is separate.
