Open Automations templates
Go to Marketing → Automations → Templates. Under Recommended for you you see the ready-made flows for what you sell.

Tap Use this
Tap Use this on the flow you want. It starts running straight away and its settings open.

Set the timing
Pick when it sends, for example Send after 2 hours unpaid for a payment reminder, or a number of days for a thank-you.

Pick a template for after 24 hours
Under After 24 hours of silence, send this template, keep Automatic or choose an approved template. Without one, only customers inside the 24-hour window get the message.

Save
Tap Save flow. It now shows under Built-in flows on the Flows tab, with a switch to turn it on or off.

Tips

Booking reminders show only if you take appointments.
Inside the 24-hour window the message is free. You can see it under Message inside the 24-hour window (free).
How many automations can be on at once depends on your plan.

It says no approved template for this yet.

Add one in Campaigns → Templates. Until then, only customers who messaged you in the last 24 hours get it.
