Edit, turn off or delete an automation

Change a flow, switch it off for a while, or remove it.

    Open your flows

    Go to Automations → Flows. Your own flows are under Your flows; ready-made ones under Built-in flows.

    Turn it on or off

    Use the switch on the flow’s card. Drafts show Draft instead of a switch; open them and tap Save & turn on.

    Edit it

    Tap Edit to open it. For a built-in flow, Canvas shows its steps to look at; its timing and template are changed in Edit.

    Delete your own flow

    Tap the bin icon on the card and confirm. Customers who are part-way through it stop.

Tips

  • Turning a flow off keeps its settings, so you can turn it back on later.
  • Each card shows how many runs it had and how many are still in progress.
