Price types: fixed, starts from, price on request

Choose how each item is priced, so Nuha quotes it right and never makes up a price.

    Open the item

    Go to Products, Services or Bookings, open the list of items and tap the pencil next to one (or add a new one).

    Pick the price type

    Under Price, pick Fixed price (customers can order and pay it), Starts from (customers see “From RM…”; you agree the final price) or Price on request (customers see “Ask for price”; there is no price to type).

    Add a link if you have one

    Optional: paste a Link, for example the company’s application page. Nuha sends it when the customer is ready.

    Save

    Tap Save. Nuha reads the new price type straight away.

Tips

  • New items start with the price type of your business type (a contractor starts with Starts from; an insurance agent with Price on request). Change it for any item.
  • Only Fixed price items can be ordered and paid in Nuha Chat (Create order, your Order Link, Nuha’s orders). For Starts from and Price on request, Nuha asks what the customer needs, books a meeting or viewing, sends the link, or hands the chat to you.
  • Booking types with Starts from or Price on request are booked with no payment, and the confirmation shows no price.
  • To give the final price, make a quotation in Finance → Quotations: you can pick these items and type the price.
  • Nuha may say a starting price (“dari RM8,000”), never a price for a Price on request item.

Something not working?

Nuha handed the chat to me instead of making an order

The customer wanted an item with Starts from or Price on request. Quote it yourself, or change it to Fixed price if it really has one price.
