Use Nuha as an agent

Sell for a company you represent (property, insurance, car sales, Coway…)? Nuha qualifies leads and books meetings; you mark the closed deal in Pipeline.

Before you start

  • Your business type is an agent card, for example Property agent / REN or Insurance or takaful agent

    Add what you offer

    Open What I offer in the menu and add your listings, plans or packages. Prices are optional: without one, Nuha says it depends and asks a few questions.

    Teach Nuha your qualifying questions

    Open Knowledge → Rules. Nuha already has a few for your type (for example budget, area and timing). Add your own, like “Ask if they already have a loan approval”.

    Let Nuha book the meeting

    Nuha answers, asks your questions and books a viewing, test drive or meeting in your free slots. She never asks for payment or promises approval.

    Answer “Did this lead buy?”

    Three days after a chat is handed to you or after an appointment, To do asks Did … buy?. Tap Won, Lost or Not yet (asks again in a week).

    Mark the closed deal as Won

    In Pipeline, move the deal to Won, type the deal amount and pick Paid to the company I represent. It counts in Sales closed today, your monthly goal, ads and team results.

Tips

  • A deal paid to the company gets no receipt and is not in Finance or Reports Money collected, because the money did not come to you.
  • Quiet leads stay open longer for agents: 60 days for property, insurance, car sales and financing, 30 days for others.
  • There is no Products menu and no payment-link steps: customers pay the company you represent.

Something not working?

I also take payments myself.

Pick Cash, Bank transfer or Other on Won instead: that sale gets a receipt. To use payment links, turn on Collect payments in Nuha Chat in Settings → Payments.

I am not an agent any more.

Change your business type in Settings → Business. Nothing is deleted.
