Customers pay you another way (switch payments off)
For agents and businesses whose customers pay elsewhere, like your own checkout link, the company you represent, cash or transfer. Nuha never sends a payment link, and you still record every sale.

Switch payments off
Go to Settings → Payments. At the top, turn off Collect payments in Nuha Chat. Your CHIP keys stay saved, so you can turn it back on any time.

Tell Nuha how customers pay
In Knowledge, add an answer such as "How do I pay or sign up?" with your checkout link, bank details or the company's application link. Nuha uses it when a customer is ready to buy. If there is no answer, she hands the chat to your team.

Record the sale when it happens
When a customer pays you, open the order and tap Mark as paid. For a deal closed outside Nuha Chat, move it to Won in Pipeline and enter the amount. Both count in your Dashboard, Goals and Reports.

Tips
- While it is off: no payment links anywhere, your Order Link is closed, and Booking page customers pay at their appointment.
- Nuha hands product and service sales to your team instead of making orders. Appointments are still booked, paid at the appointment.
- Orders you create yourself are opened straight away, and the customer is told to pay you directly.
- The setup checklist leaves out Connect payments (CHIP) while payments are off.
Something not working?
Nuha still talks about a payment link
Check the switch is off at the top of Settings → Payments, then check your Knowledge answers do not mention a payment link.
