Finish the setup checklist
Go through the short setup steps so Nuha can reply, quote prices and take payments.
- 1
Open Finish setup
Tap the Finish setup box at the top of the menu. It shows how many steps are done, like 3/10.

Do the next step
The next step is highlighted with a short reason why it matters. Tap Do it to jump to the right page. To skip ahead, tap Open on any other step.
- 3
Connect WhatsApp first
Connect your WhatsApp number is near the top because Nuha can only reply once your number is connected.
Open this in Nuha Chat - 4
Teach Nuha your business
Fill in Tell Nuha about your business (hours, delivery, payment), Let Nuha learn (FAQs, website or files) and Add your catalog and prices. Nuha quotes prices only from your price list.
- 5
Connect payments and set a goal
Connect payments (CHIP) lets customers pay by FPX, DuitNow or card, straight to your own account. Set a monthly goal helps Nuha plan each day.
- 6
Finish the rest when ready
Send your first campaign and Invite your team complete the list. When every step is done you see All done! and the box leaves the menu.
Tips
- The order changes to match the goals you picked when you signed up.
- A step ticks itself when the work is done. You do not need to come back and mark it.
- After setup is done you can still open the page from the Help area.
Something not working?
A step stays unticked after I did it.
Some steps need something saved: for example Let Nuha learn needs at least one approved knowledge item, and Invite your team needs someone to accept the invite.
I do not see **Set your booking hours**.
It only shows when you sell appointments. Turn on Appointments in Settings → Business → What you sell.
