Tap the card that fits your business and Nuha sets up your menu, her first rules, common questions and your setup checklist.

Open Business type
New accounts pick it while building Nuha. Later, open Settings → Business and tap Change on the Business type card.

Pick your industry
Tap your industry, for example Beauty & wellness, Property or Automotive. The cards for that industry appear under it.

Tap the card that is you
For example Salon, spa or facial or Car sales (dealer, SA or agent). Under the card you see what Nuha will do for you. Do two things in the same industry? Tap Also do another one? Add a second type and pick one more.

Not listed? Answer three taps
Tap Not listed? and answer What do customers buy?, Your prices? and Who do customers pay?. Nuha builds the setup from your answers.

Save
Tap Save (or Next while building Nuha). Your menu, Nuha’s first rules in Knowledge → Rules and common questions to answer in To do are ready. Changing your type later never deletes anything.

Tips

If customers pay the company you represent (property, insurance, car sales…), see “Use Nuha as an agent”.
You can still turn Products, Services or Appointments on or off in Settings → Business → What you sell.
Payments you switched off are never switched back on by themselves. If customers now pay you, turn on Collect payments in Nuha Chat in Settings → Payments.

The Dashboard asks me to pick my business type.

Your account was made before business types. Tap the banner (or Settings → Business) and pick your card once.

I got rules I do not want.

Open Knowledge → Rules and remove or edit them. They are only a start.
