See money owed, overdue, paid and quoted at a glance, and what needs your attention.

   Open Finance

   Go to Finance. The Overview tab opens first.

   Outstanding · Overdue · Paid (30 days) · Open quotations

   Read the totals

   Outstanding = sent invoices not paid. Overdue = past the due date. Paid (30 days) = money in, minus refunds. Open quotations = quotations still waiting.

   Act on Needs attention

   Tap an item under Needs attention: overdue invoices, accepted quotations that need an invoice, and quotations about to expire.

   See every payment

   Tap the Payments tab to see all payments by month, split by products, services and bookings. Tap Export CSV to download them.
