Remind customers about unpaid invoices

Send the payment link again for overdue invoices, by hand or automatically.

    Find overdue invoices

    Go to Finance. Overdue invoices show in red under Needs attention, and in Invoices with the Overdue tag.

    Send it again

    Open the invoice and tap Send again. The customer gets the payment link again on WhatsApp.

    Let Nuha remind them

    In Automations, turn on Payment reminder. Nuha sends a reminder with the payment link 1 day before the due date and on the due date.

Tips

  • Overdue invoices also appear in To do.
  • On Lite, the button shows Send again · Upgrade.
