Add a webhook
Have Nuha Chat send events, like a new lead or a paid order, to your own URL, Zapier or Make.
Before you start
- A public https:// URL that accepts POST (for example a Zapier or Make webhook URL)
- 1
Open Webhooks
In the menu, under Developer, tap Webhooks, then tap Add webhook.

Save the signing secret
Tap Add webhook. A Webhook signing secret (starting
whsec_) shows once. Copy it and keep it safe, then tap I saved it. - 5
Send a test
Tap Send test on the webhook. We send a
test.pingevent, and you see the result (for exampleHTTP 200) under Last.
Tips
- Use the switch to pause a webhook without deleting it. Tap Remove to delete it.
- Each webhook shows its last few deliveries: sent, failed, or still trying.
- Every POST has a JSON body like
{ "id": "…", "event": "payment.paid", "created_at": "…", "data": { … } }.
Something not working?
It says Use a public https:// URL
The URL must start with https://, use the normal port and point to a public site (not localhost or a private network).
Last shows HTTP 500 or another error
Your server returned an error. Fix it; we try again later by ourselves.
I lost the signing secret
It cannot be shown again. Remove the webhook and add it again to get a new secret.
