Remove someone from your team or cancel an invite

Take away access when a staff member leaves, or cancel an invite that was not accepted.

    Open Team

    Go to Settings → Team.

    Remove a member

    Tap the bin icon next to the person. Their chats move back to the team, so no customer is left without a reply.

    Cancel an invite

    Under Waiting to join, tap Cancel next to the email.

Tips

  • Removing someone frees their seat for a new person.

Something not working?

I don't see the bin icon

Only the owner can remove people, and the owner can't remove themselves.
