Choose your notifications and turn on phone alerts
Pick what you hear about in the bell, by email and as a pop-up on your phone.

Open Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. What you hear about is only for you; emails go to your sign-in email.

Tick what you want
For each event (Orders & payments, Bookings, Chats that need you, Forms & automations, Plan & AI credits, WhatsApp & system), tick Bell, Email or Phone. Tap Save.

Turn on phone alerts
In Phone alerts on this device, tap Turn on and allow notifications when your browser asks. Do this on each phone or computer you use.

On iPhone, add to Home Screen first
In Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Open Nuha Chat from the Home Screen icon, then come back to Notifications and tap Turn on.

Check the bell
Tap the bell at the top of the app to see your latest notifications.
Tips
- WhatsApp alerts to your own number are coming later (shown as Soon).
- To stop pop-ups on one device, tap Turn off on that device.
- Weekly and monthly reports are set further down the same page.
Something not working?
It says Alerts are blocked for this site
Allow notifications for Nuha Chat in your browser or phone settings, then try again.
It says this browser cannot show phone alerts
Use Chrome on Android, or Safari on iPhone after adding Nuha Chat to your Home Screen.
Phone alerts shows Soon
Phone alerts are not switched on for Nuha Chat yet. Use Bell and Email for now.
