Get weekly and monthly reports by email

Turn the automatic weekly report and monthly sales summary on or off.

    Open Notifications

    Go to Settings and tap Notifications. Scroll down to Reports by email & WhatsApp.

    Turn each report on or off

    Use the switch on Weekly report (every Monday, 8 am) and Monthly sales summary (1st of the month, 8 am). It saves straight away.

    Check when it was last sent

    Under each report you see Last sent with the date, or Not sent yet.

Tips

  • Reports are sent to the business owner and apply to the whole business.
  • Both reports are on by default.

Something not working?

The switches don't change

Only the owner or an admin can change these.

I didn't get the report

Check your spam folder, and check Last sent to see if it went out.
