Close your account

Ask the Nuha team to close your account, stop Nuha and disconnect your WhatsApp number.

    Download your data first

    Go to Settings → Data and download the CSV files you want to keep.

    Open this in Nuha Chat

    Find Close account

    On the same page, scroll to Close account. You can tell us why you are leaving (optional).

    Type CLOSE to confirm
    Ask to close my account

    Confirm

    Type CLOSE in Type CLOSE to confirm, then tap Ask to close my account.

    Wait for our email

    Nothing is closed straight away. Our team checks your plan and emails you to confirm before anything is closed or deleted.

Tips

  • Closing stops Nuha, disconnects your WhatsApp number and ends your plan.

Something not working?

It says Only the owner can close the account

Ask the business owner to do it.
