Add booking staff (people or rooms)

Give each stylist, doctor, room or bay its own hours, so customers book a free person and nobody is double booked.

Open Availability
Go to Bookings and tap the Availability tab. Find the Booking staff card.

Add a person or a room
Tap Add, type the Name customers will see (up to 40 characters, e.g. Kak Ani, Dr Lim or Room 2) and pick a Colour for the calendar. A booking staff does not need a seat: it is only a name and a schedule.

Set their hours and days off
Leave Own hours off to use your business booking hours, or turn it on and pick their working hours for each day. Add their leave under Days off. Your business days off still apply to everyone. Tap Save.

Link a team member (optional)
Under Linked to team member, pick the person who does these appointments. They are told about their new, changed and cancelled bookings, and see them under Mine in the calendar. One team member can be linked to one booking staff. Staff that are not linked get no notices.

Let customers pick who (optional)
With 2 or more active staff, turn on Let customers pick who. Your Booking page then asks Who would you like? with Anyone and your staff. Off: everyone books Anyone.

With 2 or more active staff, a time is free when at least one of them works then and has no booking at that time (the break between appointments counts for each person). Customers at the same time is hidden: your staff decide it.
Anyone goes to the free person with the fewest bookings that day. When it is a tie, the one higher in your list gets it. Use the arrows to change the order.
With none or one booking staff, bookings work exactly as before: your opening hours and Customers at the same time.
Nuha books the person a customer names in the chat ("boleh dengan Kak Ani?"), offers other times with them if they are busy, or Anyone. Confirmations and reminders say who it is with.
Google Calendar still blocks everyone (one calendar for the business). Most appointments in one day is for the whole business.
Booking staff per plan: Lite 1, Basic 3, Pro 10, Max 30. After a downgrade, staff above the limit are kept but you cannot add or switch on more.

The Add button is greyed out

Your plan’s booking staff limit is reached. Switch one off, remove one, or upgrade in Settings → Plan & billing.

I cannot link a team member

Each team member can be linked to only one booking staff. Unlink them from the other one first. Invite new people in Team.

Let customers pick who cannot be turned on

It needs 2 or more active booking staff.

A removed staff had bookings

Their bookings are kept with nobody chosen. They still take up a place at that time.
