Open Automations
Go to Automations.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Turn on reminders
Turn on Booking reminder · 1 day before and/or Booking reminder · 2 hours before.

Allow rescheduling
Go to Bookings → Booking page, turn on Let customers reschedule and pick how many hours before they can still change. Tap Save.

Tips

Reminders do not go out in quiet hours. The 1-day reminder goes earlier instead; the 2-hour one is skipped if it would be too early.
Customers change or cancel from Change or cancel this booking on their confirmation page. Paid bookings can only be moved, not cancelled.
You can also change a time yourself from the appointment. See Manage appointments.

Reminders go to appointments that are Paid or Booked and linked to a WhatsApp chat.
