See what your WhatsApp campaigns, automations, forms and ads brought in.

    Open the Campaigns tab

    In Reports, tap Campaigns. You see Campaigns sent, Read, Replied and Sales from campaigns, and Campaign results for each one.

    Open the Automations tab

    Tap Automations to see how many are Turned on, Runs started, Finished and Messages sent. Runs per automation shows which ones work hardest.

    Open the Forms tab

    Tap Forms to see Live forms, Sent to customers, Filled in and Fill rate, with a breakdown By form.

    Open the Ads tab

    Tap Ads for the Profit Ledger: Sales, Total cost, Net profit from ads and Saved in free window, then Profit Ledger by ad. This tab always shows the last 30 days.

Tips

  • Replies and orders count for a campaign for 7 days after each message.
  • The Ads tab needs Meta Ads connected in Ads Studio.

Campaigns says No campaigns in this period

No campaign was sent in the period you picked. Try Last 30 days, or tap Go to Campaigns →.
