Choose when deals move by themselves

Switch on or off the rules that move deals through the Pipeline automatically.

    Open Stage settings

    Go to Pipeline → Stage settings.

    Read the rules

    Under Automatic moves, each rule shows the stage it moves to and when, for example A quotation is sent → Offer sent, or Payment received → Won.

    Automatic moves
    → Qualified · Nuha rates the intent 55 or more
    → Won · Payment received (CHIP or marked paid)
    → Lost · No reply for 14 days

    Switch a rule off or on

    Tap the switch next to a rule. It saves straight away.

Tips

  • The six stages are the same for every business.
  • If you switch a rule off, move those deals yourself on the board.
