See the credit notes issued when you refund a paid order.

    Open Receipts

    Go to Finance → Receipts and scroll to Credit notes & refunds.

    Open a credit note

    Tap a credit note to see it, copy its link or open it.

Tips

  • You do not make credit notes by hand. One is issued each time you refund a paid order.
  • The Paid (30 days) total on the Overview already takes refunds off.

Something not working?

I refunded but there is no credit note

Credit notes are not on the Lite plan. The refund is still recorded.
