    Open Ask Nuha

    Tap the Nuha button at the bottom right of any page (it is hidden inside a customer chat).

    Ask a question

    Type your question, or tap a suggestion like How are sales this week?, Who are my hottest leads? or Which orders are unpaid?.

    Confirm her drafts

    Nuha can draft forms, automations, catalog items, quotations, FAQs, rules and goals. Each draft shows as a card. Tap Confirm to create it, or Not now to skip. Nothing happens until you confirm.

    Open past chats

    Tap the clock icon to see Past chats. Open one again, or tap the bin to delete it.

    Start a new chat

    Tap the pen icon (✎) to start fresh.

Something not working?

A bubble says Ask Nuha comes with Basic and up.

Agents can’t use Ask Nuha. Ask the owner to change your role if you need it.
