Open the usage card
Go to Nuha & team. The AI usage this month card shows credits used out of your plan’s monthly credits.

See what used them
The list shows credits by task. If you have a team, By person shows who used how many.

Learn the rates
Open How credits work. 1 credit is about 1 AI reply. A closing reply (order and payment link) is 2.

Top up
Your balance and top-ups are in Settings → Billing & AI fuel.

Tips

Credits are shared by the whole team.
Ask Nuha, writing help in chats, Practice and reading websites also use credits.
On Basic and higher, some credits are kept aside for replies to hot leads when you run low.

Nuha stopped replying and Nuha HQ says "Out of credits".

Your credits ran out, so your team answers chats by hand. Top up in Settings → Billing & AI fuel.
