Wait for it to finish
In the Sources list, the source shows Reading and then how many items were found.

Approve what Nuha found
Open What Nuha learned and approve, edit or ignore each item. Nothing is used until you approve it.

Tips

Read the error under its name. Check the link opens in a normal browser and is public, then add it again.
