Open the Ads report
Go to Reports → Ads. It covers the last 30 days.

Read the totals
Sales is paid orders. Total cost adds ad spend, Meta message fees and AI cost. Net profit from ads shows the return on ad spend. Saved in free window is the template fees you saved by closing sales inside 24 hours (estimated).

Check each ad
In Profit Ledger by ad, each ad shows Ad spend, Leads, Paid, Sales, AI cost, Net profit and ROAS. Red profit means the ad lost money.

See the quick view in Ads Studio
The Ads tab in Ads Studio shows Spend today, Chats from ads (30d), Sales from ads and Net profit, plus a card per ad.

Each lead is linked to the ad they tapped, so sales are counted for the right ad.
Chats that start from an ad are free for 72 hours.
Numbers come from Meta. Tap Update now in Ads Studio to refresh them.

It says "No ad results yet".

Connect your ad account and run a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. Results appear once Meta shares spend and customers start chats.
