Link your own Facebook and Instagram ad account so Nuha can track the profit from each ad.

Before you start

  • A Meta ad account (made in Meta Business Settings)
  • Your WhatsApp number connected in Nuha

    Open Ads settings

    Go to Marketing → Ads Studio → Settings.

    Log in to Meta

    Tap Connect Meta ad account and log in with the Facebook account that manages your ads. Allow access, and you come back to Nuha.

    Pick the ad account

    If you have more than one, choose it from the list and tap Use this.

    Check the list

    Under Connection, each line gets a green tick when ready: Meta ad account, WhatsApp number connected, Facebook Page ↔ WhatsApp number and Payment method on Meta.

    Link your Page and WhatsApp (if needed)

    In the WhatsApp Business app, go to Settings → Business tools → Facebook & Instagram and link your Facebook Page.

Tips

  • Meta bills ad spend to your own card on your own ad account. Nuha never holds your money.
  • You can also see the connection in Settings → Connected apps → Meta Ads.
  • To disconnect, tap Disconnect. Ads keep running on Meta until you pause them there.

Something not working?

It says no ad account found on this Meta login.

Create an ad account in Meta Business Settings, then tap Connect again.

The page asks me to upgrade.

Ads need the Pro or Max plan.
