Change your profile picture

Pick one of 14 ready-made 3D avatars or upload your own photo. Your team sees it in the Inbox and on the Team list.

Open Profile
Go to Settings → Profile, or tap your picture at the top right, then My profile.

Pick an avatar
Under Or pick one, tap any avatar. It saves straight away and shows a ✓.

Or upload a photo
Tap Upload photo and choose a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB. We crop it to a square from the middle, so keep your face in the centre.

Remove it
Tap Remove to go back to the first letter of your name.

Tips

Your picture follows your sign-in, so it is the same in every business you belong to.
Customers never see your picture. It is only for your team.

The photo will not upload

Use a PNG, JPG or WebP photo up to 2 MB. Screenshots of other files will not work.

My face is cut off

Crop the photo so your face is in the middle, then upload it again.
