Open the Team tab
In Reports, tap Team. The tab shows only when more than one person is on your team.

Read the table
For each Person you see Chats given, Replies, First reply (how fast they answered), Orders and Paid.

Change the period
Use This month, Last month, Last 30 days or Past months… to compare different times.

To share new chats fairly, set up Chat assignment in Settings → Team (Pro and Max).

I don't see the Team tab

It shows only for owners and admins, and only when someone else has joined your team.
