Understand the daily briefing and every number on the Dashboard, so you know what to do first each day.

    Open the Dashboard

    Tap Dashboard at the top of the menu. At the top, Daily briefing from Nuha tells you what you made yesterday, what you made today so far and, if you set a goal, how much you need each day.

    Check the four numbers

    Sales today is money from paid orders today, after refunds. Net profit today takes away today's ad spend, Meta message fees and AI cost. New leads counts new contacts today, and AI replies counts messages Nuha sent today.

    Clear what is waiting for you

    If you see things waiting for your OK, tap Review → to open To do. It counts Nuha's drafts, chats that need a person, paused campaigns, accepted quotations without an invoice and overdue invoices.

    Follow Today's Focus

    Today’s Focus lists up to three jobs that matter most right now, such as chats that need you, hot leads, unpaid orders or orders to ship. Tap the button on each one to go straight there.

    Watch the Closing board and your goal

    Closing board · today shows money closed and deals today, and updates live when a customer pays. The goal card shows how far you are this month; tap Set goal if you have not set one yet.

    See the trend and what the AI did

    Sales, last 30 days shows daily revenue from paid orders. What the AI team did lists Nuha's latest actions, why she did them and the credits used; tap All activity for the full log.

Tips

  • All times on the Dashboard are Malaysia time. "Today" starts at midnight.
  • Owners and admins can tap Undo on some AI actions in What the AI team did.
  • Tap Ask Nuha in the briefing to ask a question about your business in plain words.

Something not working?

Sales today shows RM0 but I had orders

Only paid orders count. Orders still waiting for payment show under unpaid orders in Today’s Focus.

Net profit today is lower than sales

That is normal. It takes away today's ad spend, Meta message fees for campaigns and AI cost.

I don't see the goal numbers

No goal is set for this month yet. Tap Set goal on the goal card.
