    Read the office

    Each zone is a feature with its own bot. Leads sit in the zone of their Pipeline stage. Drag to move, use + and − to zoom, or tap Show all.

    Filter by status

    Tap Working, Needs you, Sleep, Off or Out of credits to light up those bots. No activity for 15 minutes means Sleep.

  4. 4

    Open a bot

    Tap a bot to see tasks today, revenue helped, recent work and its Autonomy. Approve drafts with Approve & send or Decline, or tap Review.

  5. 5

    Open a lead

    Tap a person to see their stage, then Open chat or Contact.

  6. 6

    See the Closing board

    Tap Closing board for today’s paid orders and Top closers this month.

Tips

  • Lead names are hidden. Owners and admins can tap Show names.
  • The office refreshes by itself every 20 seconds.
  • Set a monthly goal in Settings → Goals to see the daily target.

Something not working?

The office is dark and says "Office closed: all AI paused".

Nuha is paused. Owners and admins can tap Resume.

It says "Office dark: out of AI credits".

Tap Top up to add credits.
